- Spectrio is updating the PingHD Cloud Infrastructure, including migrating from Rackspace to Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- This transition changes the IP addresses, which may require updates to your firewall whitelisting rules.
- These updates will occur between Friday 2/28/2025 at 11AM EST and Monday 3/3/2025 at 12:30AM EST.
- If your network configuration includes firewalls, you must update your firewall configuration based on the information below before Friday 2/28 11AM EST to continue use of the platform.
EngagePHD requires an active Internet connection. This allows your player (Samsung SoC Displays, LG webOS Displays, Panasonic Android Displays, Philips Android Displays, External Android Media Players, or External Windows Players) to connect to the EngagePHD Cloud. This connection ensures content delivery and scheduled health checks.
If you need to restrict access through your firewall, use the following information to configure it accordingly.
Update firewall rules to whitelist the fully qualified domain names (FQDN) presented in the following sections. Ensure that the FQDN is used for whitelisting instead of any IP addresses. Additionally, if any old IP addresses were previously whitelisted for this FQDN, remove them and use the FQDN going forward.
Here is a breakdown of the network and application protocols along with fully qualified domains names:
