In rare cases, a factory reset my be needed to restore a Samsung Tizen back to its factory default settings. Please following the steps below.
1) Press the Home button on the remote
2) Choose URL Launcher Settings
3) Choose and confirm Uninstall
4) You will not see the app uninstalling
5) Press the Source button on the remote
6) Change the source to HDMI 1
7) Turn the screen off by pressing Power Off on the remote.
8) Press the following buttons in sequence on the remote:
Mute, 1, 8, 2, Power On
You will see the service menu appear:
9) Go down to SVC > Reset > Apps Reset > You then need to press the Right Arrow on the remote & wait until it says Done (this process may take a few minutes to complete).
10) After that press the Return key.
11) Go to SVC Reset and press Enter. The screen will power off by itself.
12) Press the following buttons in sequence on the remote:
Mute, 1, 8, 2, Power On
You will see the service menu appear again.
13) Press Enter, Enter, Enter on the remote (Option, Factory Reset, Factory Reset). The screen will power off by itself.
14) Power the screen back on by pressing the Power On button.
15) Go through the setup process for Player Setup: Samsung Displays – All Models
